These have tiny magnets hence please keep the product out of reach from children. The magnets are strong and will not fall or move from place unless one of the either magnet goes off from its place. The recommendation is not to put too high on the nose. Also, while wearing the magnet that goes inside the nose must be held with the support of finger until the outside magnet is put in place. Same goes while taking it off, put your finger on the inside magnet before pulling the outside magnet off
